Sanjivv Gandhi is a corporate consultant with couple of decades of rich experience in finance, investment and strategic advisory. He has an international exposure and has assisted in cross border takeovers, mergers, liquidation of stakes, funding and commercials support to businesses in various verticals in its expansion or grassroot projects and further in managing investments of HNI families offices of Indian origin. Sanjivv Gandhi has assisted two of the clients to take over a Bombay stock exchange listed companies and reverse merge the existing businesses for unlocking asset valuations. He has also revitalised a defunct but stock exchange listed Non-banking finance company for Kampala group.
He is a Principal Consultant (India) for Kampala Holdings Limited, IBC. He has been a lecturer of entrepreneurship at the SNDT University, Mumbai for several years.
Premlal Krishnan is a successful practising Supreme Court and High Court advocate of repute with over two decades of experience. He also has experience as a corporate in-house law officer of several companies. Aviation and Export Finance are two of the fields where he has in-depth knowledge and experience. His firm India Law employs over 150 professionals across India. He has an international exposure from working in several countries. His forte extends to negotiating favourable agreements and drafting them into well bodied legal documents.
He is a Senior partner at law firms of Shriji & Lal and India Law. He is on the board of Inspinno International Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria, a trading company and is also special advisor to various large corporate houses.
