Dr. Sanjivv Gandhi is a corporate consultant with over 30 years of experience in finance, investments, and strategic advisory. He has advised on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, stake divestments, fund-raising, and commercial structuring across multiple sectors, supporting both growth-stage and greenfield projects. He also provides CFO and strategic finance services to mid-sized enterprises and actively supports startups through angel funding and mentorship, with personal investments in technology and hospitality ventures.
Dr. Gandhi also leads CSR initiatives across his businesses, is a Rotary Club member for over 30 years, and has served as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at SNDT University, Mumbai.
Adv. Premlal Krishnan is a senior legal professional of repute, with over three decades of experience practising before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He has also served as an in-house legal officer for multiple corporates, providing him with strong commercial and operational insight.
He possesses deep domain expertise in Aviation Law and Export Finance, supported by significant international exposure through professional engagements across several countries. Adv. Krishnan is the Promoter Partner of Pan India Legal.LLP, a boutique law firm, and is widely recognised for his strength in negotiating complex commercial arrangements and translating them into robust, well-structured legal documentation.
He serves on the Board of Inspinno International Ltd., Lagos, Nigeria, and acts as a Special Advisor to leading corporate groups across sectors.
